TOD gods sketch: Horus-Ra: 1

The first sketch of the sun god of Dragobeastia. Horus-Ra. He is worshiped threw out the West Region and of the the most important gods. It was hard to think of a good name for him. I studied and looked up the internet for one. In the end I decided to combined to names of the two Egyptian sun gods. His species is a Firebird. Unlike a phoenix, Firebirds look just like a Egyptian Falcon and similar falcon colors. Except that they have a more gold/ yellow-orange color to their feathers. And unlike Phoenixes, they use both fire and light as their primary elements. I designed Horus-Ra from the Horus Guards from from the Stargate franchise. (They just look badass) Anyway, I liked how he came out with all those details. On the right side, you can see his arch-like halo. I want to note that his halo is the most detailed and most recognizable than any of the other gods halos. Its design based on the sun. Below the halo is his spire called the "Helios Flame". With this spire, he can control the movement of the sun. It is said that its blade would glow a golden light like the sun itself when used..
